A really fantastic holiday was had by all. This wasn't our first visit to Florida but it was certainly one of the nicest! Sue and Chris you have made a lovely holiday home here in Davenport.The house is so comfortable and has everything you need. Location couldn’t be better.

We have had a fantastic Xmas here in Florida with record temperatures in the 80’s! Your villa was superb, the spa was at least 80 degrees – we spent many evenings in there with a cocktail in our hand. The house was comfortable and cosy with the Christmas tree you supplied. Thanks very much!

The pool and hot tub were a blast of fun (we were glad they were so clean). What a lovely villa! I felt really at home here and didn’t want to leave. The teenage children had a great time in the pool whilst we were able to relax inside and still kee p an eye on them. We had fun with the pool table and enjoyed some of the games and DVD’s that you had so thoughtfully provided. I wish I’d been small enough to fit into the dressing up outfits. Thank you

We really enjoyed our stay. The kids loved the costumes and we took plenty of pictures. This was our home away from home and we felt relaxed and enjoyed the pool and sun. Thnk you so much for sharing your villa with us, we really enjoyed it. It was a great location – in and out of the Disney parks was quite easy. It was very clean and well maintained. The furnishing were quite comfortable and we felt very much at home. A special thank-you to Debbie and Kevin (Management company) for the assistance they gave us as well.
