RATES

The prices shown opposite are for the VILLA PER WEEK not per person and all prices include:

  • electricity
  • water
  • air conditioning
  • cable TV
  • clean linen & towels
  • cleaning after your departure
  • Florida state tax (sales tax and tourist tax, currently 12%, are payable on all holiday rentals in Florida. Our rates INCLUDE this tax so the price you see is the price you pay)

DISCOUNTS & PRICE MATCHING

When you think about it, if 10 people share our villa in July for two weeks, the cost works out at just £8.57 per night per head so a vacation home already represents a very economical way to see Orlando. You can get a huge saving on hotel rates whilst getting much more for you money.

We will consider discounting our rates for late availability, three-week (or more) rentals or should we wish to fill a gap in our rentals diary.

Sometimes we will be prepared to match a quote relating to a villa with similar facilities. We do reserve the right to decline, but if you don't ask you'll never know.

FLORIDA STATE REGISTRATION

We hold all of the appropriate licenses required and comply with all of the safety regulations required to rent our home to holiday-makers.

BOOKINGS

We take a £125 deposit per week or part week on accepting your booking. To confirm the booking please complete a booking form which you can either download below or we can post to you. The form should then be returned to us along with the deposit. On receipt of these we will send written confirmation of your booking.
