WHAT CAN TUSCAN HILLS GATED COMMUNITY OFFER TO YOU? Our two-storey Disney villa is located on one of Orlando's highly acclaimed, short-rental, gated (restricted access) communities, Tuscan Hills. Tuscan Hills in Davenport stands out from its neighbours not only by its tropical palm planting, which injects a wealth of colour into the community, but also by the unique and striking red roofs that look beautiful against the bright blue Florida sky. We did not pick our luxury villa on the colour of the roof, however. The builder of the Tuscan Hills community has also established a reputation for producing quality Florida rental villas with luxury furnishings. QUALITY Every single villa on the Tuscan Hills community has been built to a greater than average specification including standard upgrades to the kitchen appliances, more storage space, high-end of the market carpeting, and close attention to architectural detail. LOCATION Tuscan Hills, Orlando is located in Davenport, off Highway 27. Highway 27 is an increasingly popular location with holiday villas for rent in Orlando because of the easy highway access and proximity to parks and attractions that most guests want to visit. On several trips we have timed the journey to the Walt Disney World area entrance to be between 10 and 15 minutes. COMMUNAL FACILITIES & CLUB HOUSE The Tuscan Hills Clubhouse is a single-storey red-roof building which boasts free internet access, a fitness room, lounge and children's indoor play area. Outside facilities include a large covered lanai, a sand volleyball court, tot lot, palm garden and tennis court. All of these facilities are available to use, free of charge, by Tuscan Hills villa renters. FUEL & GROCERIES During your stay in our Orlando villa you will want to buy groceries and know that a gas station is easily accessible. You can find both (a huge Publix supermarket and Citrico gas station) within just a two-minute drive of Tuscan Hills.
COMMUNITY SPIRIT Tuscan Hills is a small holiday rental community and there is a real sense of community between owners. At any one time, there are generally two or more owners on vacation at Tuscan Hills. This increases our ability to keep our Orlando rental villa in pristine condition as any obvious problems can be spotted quickly and easily then reported back to the owner, sometimes even before a management company is made aware. All owners on the community are committed to preserving the beautiful environment, at today's five-star level, and providing a great environment for guests. The owners are also active in trying to ensure that they accommodate guests who, as well as treat the rental villa well to preserve it for future guests, will not exhibit any behaviour that will be disruptive to neighbouring guests.
SIMPLE TO BOOK When arranging a Florida rental villa holiday, you are travelling some distance from home and must be confident that you will be able to find and gain access to your villa easily. Each guest in our Florida villa will receive step-by-step instructions on how to find 'BELLE PALMS' and access it. Within a matter of hours of landing you should be settled in and enjoying the Florida sunshine - possibly with a cocktail made from your duty free bargains picked up on the way! You will have a 24-hour contact number for our management team so that any problems, no matter how large or small, can be dealt with swiftly.
THINGS TO DO IN ORLANDO
A Florida villa rental holiday really does provide non-stop fun for the whole family, young and old, whatever your taste. In addition to the large theme parks on your doorstep (Walt Disney World included), shopping malls around every corner and numerous beautiful sandy beaches just a short drive away, you will find equally interesting places to visit outside of the Orlando area. Places such as such as the Kennedy Space Center at Cape Canaveral and the Florida Keys and Everglades National Park - both on the South Florida coast - are definitely worth a visit. The question shouldn't be whether to go to Florida, but WHEN to go!

A BRAND NEW HOME Tuscan Hills is a brand new community and therefore you will find the property in pristine condition. BELLE PALMS VILLA will not have the worn and used appearance of many villas. It is our intention to ensure that any furnishings showing their age will be replaced to maintain this luxury feel to our home.

So you are planning a trip to Orlando, Florida. The sunshine state has so much to offer ... sun, fantastic food, shopping, nature, and of course Walt Disney World and a host of other fun-packed theme parks. You really cannot fail to have a magic and memorable Florida villa rental holiday. We are Sue & Chris Dempster from West Yorkshire, UK. In September 2006, our dream came true - we saw our brand new Disney holiday villa for the first time. We were overwhelmed by the huge rooms, high celings and especially by our own private pool and spa. Even the furniture choices complemented each other pefectly, although we admit to a little help from professional interior decorators on that one! The beds were delightfully comfortable and the sofas are so soft that you just melt into them. 'BELLE PALMS VILLA' was more luxurious than we could ever have imagined.
We want to share our Florida villa with as many guests as possible as it would be awful to think of it sitting unappreciated for most of the year. Our aim is to ensure that your accommodation arrangements are problem free and that your stay is a luxurious and comfortable one.
